Two days.
Type of Course
This course is run as a workshop because of the mandatory practical exercises that are involved. (A subset of the course material is also available to delegates through the 'Moodle'.)
Prerequisites
No special preparations are needed before attending the course. However, delegates who have a basic knowledge of the ISO 9001:2000 standard may find that this gives them a slight advantage during Day 1 of the course.

Delegates are subject to continuous assessment and are also asked to complete a short written test at the end of the course. Delegates who successfully complete the course are awarded a formal 'certificate of attendance and successful completion'. Delegates who attend all sessions but do not pass the continuous and written assessments are provided with a 'certificate of attendance'.
